Taking a heart-healthy walk through the neighborhood.

Shine a light on me. These flowers seem to glow against the redwood fence. Super colors and detail. I also carry a camera with me unless I am walking on the track at the gym. Nice work.

Very nice work here. The flowers give the appearance of having a light on inside. Motel 6? Keep the light on forya? Well done.

Thanks much, Sir Mike!
Always glad to read your detailed observations.
Carry your camera on the track too! Never know what you'll see!

Just finished a couple of nights in Motel 6. Post Covid, it's not like it used to be!
Yes, those flowers sure stopped me on my walk--with their bright lights!
Thanks for the observation.

Strange as it may seem, that image was taken with my little walk-around Sony. Took some work since it does not have a viewfinder, and the lens cannot be changed--and no hood on the lens. Pentax would have been a lot easier. But that little sensor really recorded faithfully what the lens finally saw. I did some touch-up in post. Mostly just enhancing lighting and shadows (dodging and burning).
Thanks for the perspective; and glad you liked it!
Angky.

I'm sometimes wondering if it was the redwood that made the image in the first place. Sure does make the flowers pop!
I'm still trying to find out what did it, so if you have any ideas on the matter....
Angky.
