Nature No Osprey-Just Hummingbirds

No Osprey-Just Hummingbirds · **4 Likes**

90 plus degrees today outside of Boston but the hummingbirds did not mind at all.Mr.& Mrs. came by every 15 minutes or so. The feeder is on the dark side of the house so I tried to balance off the flash with the lighting available. The flash did "paint the picture"even with the shutter speed at 1/160 sec.--charliezap

All really good humming bird shots. Your bird cooperated with you enough to give you several different in flight maneuvers.

Impressive light balancing act--you with your camera & flash!
Extremely impressive flying act--your bird with their feeder!
And great colors, as always in those birds.
The leaves and vine look like morning glory?3

Thanks for the comments. The leaves and vines are heavenly blue morning glories that should bloom soon i hope.--charliezap.

wow, I am in awe of those great shots. I can't seem to get that close to the little buggers. I have not used flash before. Great job!

They don't mind the flash and the closeness. I was less than 6ft. away from them.
