Very nicely done. Couldn't help but notice how sharp the photo is, especially the feet. I was drawn to them immediately.

Thank you, sir.
The camera is fast as hell. It locks focus real fast and holds it while tracking.
I got a little lucky here because I really don't have a lens for this kind of shooting.
It was shot with a 40-150mm with a 1.4 teleconverter. I was very close when this happened and you can easily lose the bird.
The super fast focus of the camera got this more than I did. I just threw it up on a burst holding half shutter and hoped for the best.
I'm soon to solve my birds in flight problem with a new lens. 100-400mm , effective 200-800--------1120 with a 1,4 tele.
Thanks again.

LS.

Beautiful capture. The birds wings are very attractive the way that you caught them. Focus looks to be deadly accurate. Nice shooting.

Perfect focus all the way through on the bird, and against a tough background too.
Angky.

Fellas,
I'm not bumping my posts. I was already near the top so while it was there I wanted to say..........Your comments mean a great deal, to me.
It's inspirational to me and it makes me want better. Until I can't get any better.
This is the only thing I'm half assed good at and when I get praise,,,,,,,,it means the world to me.
So thank you , one, and all.
