Birthday Pictures of Flying Insects
Lens: Sigma 170-500 DG Camera: Pentax KP Photo Location: Hendrix Nature Preserve ISO: 1250 Shutter Speed: 1/320s Aperture: F8

Took several pictures yesterday on my birthday. These are of a Butterfly, Hummingbird Moth and a Bee. Hope you like them.

Number 4 Mike. it looks challenging with the bug in flight. Nice exposures too.

Well done shots--from good angles too.
I like the design of those leaves where the moth is stealing nectar from the hummingbirds.

Thanks for your comments. Even with high shutter speeds, I still get some motion blur.
