Late Summer on Cibolo Creek

I am still blown away that these cypress trees grow here in Texas Hill Country.

The still water and nice lighting made for a beautiful scene and photo. I hope to go to a swampy area in south Arkansas for similar scenes and maybe snakes. Nice shooting.

I really like how the "character" in the individual tree trunks are emphasized by their precise reflections.

Thank you! Yes it was shot from a tripod. It was an exposure bracket of 5 shots that I processed in Photomatix Pro.
