Landscape Mount Temple and the Larches

Mount Temple and the Larches · **8 Likes**

Taken while on a hike through to Lake Louise from Moraine Lake yesterday. It was a good effort of about 25km and nearly 2km elevation gain... You can easily see the larches turning here, in the foreground and at the treeline of the opposing mountain.

Already said, dramatic. That hike would be enjoyable and give you plenty of exercise.

It certainly was a great day out, I met up with a friend I hadn't seen in years - a great way to catch up with someone

While that would be nice to do, I simply don't have the time - not to mention that the parks get extremely busy then, which I try to avoid

I have wanted to see the Canadian Rockies for decades . Your images are always quite good .
