Really does blend in well. Terrific shot all around. Composition, colors, bokeh, light and detail. Thumbs up.

Very nice. Yes,Texas has plenty of grass hoppers. My son, a former storm chaser, told me that the grass hoppers were so plentiful in one place that he stopped in Texas that they crunched under your feet when walking.

Perfect detail--even with a tiny glint of light coming through the hind leg joint!
But beyond that, as was said, it really blends well with the willow twig.
