I know many don't like the DA 18-135mm, but I'm pretty happy with it. We went for a little hike and I put this lens on it as I was thinking more landscape than anything else. I wish I had the 100mm macro along, but this one did pretty well.

Branching out. Nice macros and landscape shot. That low cloud really caught the light.

It was a very little wildlife kind of day. Still prefer that, but trying to get where I can do some landscapes. I was seeing javelina tracks everywhere and was hoping to get some shots of those, but saw nothing.

...That rimrock landscape!
And with awesome clouds.
