Stormy Weather
Lens: D FA 15-30 @ 15 Camera: K-1 Photo Location: Driveway ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/90s Aperture: F8

A cold front brought us some stormy weather yesterday to usher in some crisp (for us) fall weather. Here's a shot I took of the aging elm tree in our front yard with roiling storm clouds in the background.

That is an intense shot! Stark tree's silhouette spearing right up into the dark vortex of the clouds.
Angky.

Pretty dramatic looking clouds. We had line move trough our area yesterday afternoon that contained hail and kicked up a brief tornado near us. Fortunately we only got some heavy rain and strong winds. Plenty cool temps this morning.

Yeah, Mike, we had a few minutes of blowing and bluster and then the start of a cool down.

Thanks, Robert. It gave me a chance to use my DFA 15-30 lens, a big but very slick piece of equipment.
