The Kiss of a Butterfly

A Gulf Fritillary Butterfly was attempting to stay out of a stiff breeze by clinging to the underside of a Turk's Cap bloom.

Exquisite capture Todd. Superb detail and rich colors. The bloom and butterfly have great symmetry.

even with a high ISO it is a great shop . Pentax equipment helps a lot , You made a great photo

Thank you rhanz! 3200 iso is about the limit that I go with the K-3ii. I did run this through Topaz Denoise to clean it up.
