This is the main water supply for the village of Bergsfjord. It is a rather stunning lake called Bergsfjordvatnet up north in Norway.

Excellent effects with the lighting in the first one.
Makes one wish he was able to stand right there on that rock.

Good composition in both photos. I tend to like the second landscape better because of the greater expanse of water leading to the mountainous terrain. Both photos have good light and colors. Well done.

I like them both, great images, but if choosing I like the lighting in the first image a little better.

Beautiful landscapes and places, they give a feeling of calm. I particularly like the colors, warm and very natural.

Thanks Mike! I almost alway's try out different compositions and when I think I hit on a good one it really adds to my enjoyment of photography.

Thanks! I took that first one after the shots I made on the shore of the lake after a small climb.
