I think it's pretty good, not an expert to tell you how you could have done it better.
I think thought there is something that could be better, maybe there is too much light on the girl?

Anyway, share some more!

Let's get my nitpicks out of the way... I would have liked to see more light in her eyes. With the fierce pose and expression aimed squarely directly at the camera, a little light in her eyes would have intensified the connection between image and viewer.

And, perhaps she's lit too well. More dramatic, directional lighting would have fit the tone of the background better.

Other than that... damn snazzy cool! I dig the composition, the ominous background, the foreboding, bird filled sky. Very creative and unique! She looks like a superhero who's just landed and ready to kick the bad guy's arse in the finale of the film. Dig it!

For some reason I like the color shot.. Maybe a combination of B&W and color. Keep the forground color, including the girl and then have the sky and building as done on the orginal posts. I think it woyuld have helped if the ground was more level. Its's still a great image. JIMBO

A color composite version would have been fun too. I respectfully disagree about the ground needing to be level... a level surface would have taken away much of the excitement of the shot. The slightly skewed perspective draws the eye in... first to the woman, then back to the darkened ruins behind, finally upwards, to the bird filled sky.
