the venue was the smallest venue in the city with a capacity of 100, and the band was my brother's band who have been on the front cover of nme and packed out festival stages...

Needless to say it was absolute mayhem and the floor was apparently close to falling through (but the venue didnt have a chance of stopping us).

Anyway, im thinking of starting up band photography seriously (not necesarily commercially or professionally but i will be making it a serious project and working for various magazines)

could somebody with more experience give me some criticism and advice on these images.... im thinking of getting a flashgun too (a metz 58) and i have a 16-50 in the post... it will be a steep learning curve so any help is appreciateed
