I think this might be a variety of date palm--a young plant with fresh flowers, and a lot of bees.
(But I'm not a palm taxonomist by any stretch of imagination!)

I'm glad to see that you are capturing some insects. Most of the insects here are inactive due to cool weather. These are very nice shots of the insects and of the date palm. Thanks for posting. I haven't had much time for photos lately and volleyball season is over.

Very nice captures Angky. I really like the orientation to accentuate the hanging flowers.

That vertical orientation "seemed right", but also I was trying to control the bee action along the full length. Those critters are quick!
