I have inherited my mother's garden but not her knowledge of it (or her love of gardening for that matter).

Anyone know what this is?

Whatever it is, it is absolutely beautiful and beautifully captured to boot. Superb effort here and many thanks for sharing.

This shot reminds me of my mom's hyacinths, but don't they bloom in the very early spring?
Angky.

No thoughts on ID. This is kind of a dreamy shot with its in focus and soft focused elements. Nice composition and colors.

A friend has narrowed it down: Cordyline stricta

The Cordyline Page - Cabbage Palms

My macro has been my favourite lens during the ever ending lockdowns. The overgrowing garden is revealed as a forest through the macro lens.

Yes, I think so... good catch! This is a Cordyline unfamiliar to me. There are quite a few in cultivation, but I don't think I've ever seen this one. Pretty thing, I'll have to pay more attention!

Will post more orchids if, as your handle suggests, you are an orchid enthusiast.

Please do! Yes, orchids have been a "hobby" for decades. Looking forward to the images, thanks!
