Misc Bird statue

No idea about the history but it's been a subject I've tried to photograph several times. Due to the darkness of the statue, it usually was just a silhouette. Today it was darker outside (late afternoon with heavy clouds) and I finally got a descent picture.

It's my newest lens (bought used from Adorama) and I haven't used it much. Still have a bit to learn about the lens but I do like it.
