Really great capture!
Bees are so erratic and so quick that you almost have to attempt to catch them arriving in order to get a good shot of them leaving!

Good catch, eaglem. What was your shutterspeed for this one? (Although it looks as if you shot more for DOF than action capture?)

Shutter speed was 320
