I need the D FA 21 and if I can win it here would be awesome. Time to make some posts. This thread is my pics from my recent trip to Western Australia.

First is a moon shot. Taken in the daytime which helps with the contrast I think. K3 DA300 F5.6 1/400

All of your flower shots are gorgeous. The Numbat Is not an animal that I have ever seen. It eats termites so that is good. Looks like you are having an extraordinary journey. Thanks for sharing these visual treats.

Thanks for looking Mike. The numbat is one of the many endangered animals here. I got this shot at one of the last two places where they are still in the wild. Cats and foxes are the problem. This shot was when he went for cover when I tried to get closer.

This was good year for the wildflowers due to the high rainfall. It is amazing how many different colours there are.
