I currently shoot with a Pentax K-30 and like the versatility and simplicity of the Pentax K-30/50/70 family of DSLR camera designs and software. The K lens mount allows me to use both my vintage Pentax film lenses and newer Pentax DSLR lenses. Moving up to the K-70 design would enable me to increase from a 16.1 MP to 24.4 APS-C CMOS sensor for higher resolution images with greater subtlety, increase ISO sensitivity from 12800 to 204800 for lower light shooting, and use the variable angle LCD monitor with night vision red light LCD display for night time photography and increase the range of camera positioning when shooting in tight situations. The K-70 is an excellent full-featured camera. It would significantly increase my ability to realize the full potential of my photography with all my outstanding Pentax lenses.
