It's getting quite warm now so there will be plenty of flowers coming

Yep, same plant/flower. "Plumeria" is the botanical name, "frangipani" is probably the most recognizable of the common names.Tropical/subtropical flowering tree. EM's the Master of Plumeria Images, no mistake!
