I like to keep a macro bellows unit in my camera bag for those times when I'm stuck sitting still at work with nothing particularly interesting to photograph outside the window.

Here's a portion of a five yen coin taken at about 3:1 macro ratio. And I daresay it isn't too terribly bad considering it was shot handheld. I converted it to b/w in LR2, bumped the contrast to kingdom come, and split-toned it in order to try to hide the practically microscopic bits of dust and fluff that I was unable to get off the coin.

And a side view of a roll of double-sided velcro tape that I keep around for various uses.

Both taken handheld with the K20D and SMC Takumar 55/1.8. The coin was done with a focal length of 180mm and the velcro at 135mm.
