red shouldered hawk
Lens: DA 300 with 1.4x tc Camera: KP Photo Location: Seagrove, NC ISO: 640 Shutter Speed: 1/160s Aperture: F7.1

On our way back home from a walk, I spotted this hawk just inside the woods, and I was surprised it didn't fly away, pleasantly surprised when he let me snap away for five minutes. I hope I correctly identified it.
