Trying out an 18-55 lens from Ebay. Still getting used to it. Lens: 18-55 Camera: Pentax K10D Photo Location: Botanical Garden. Chapel Hill, NC ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/50s Aperture: F4.5 12-30-2021, 07:56 PM
I Currently own a Pentax K10D.
A Pentax K-70 would improve my performance vastly, as I currently only own an older Pentax K10D. 10 megapixels, max ISO of 1600 (although anything over 800 really isn't usable).
I love and enjoy my K10D, as it is my first DSLR and never get tired of shooting it, but as I have advanced in my photography, I started to see its limitations.
I would benefit from a K-70 as it would bring me more up to speed with modern-day sensors and would have more creative freedom with the current technology. I would be able
to do more night photography and have a snappier focus of my targets.
Currently, I use my K10D for daytime photos, as it's very hard to get good shots at night, unless it's on a tripod and I take my time to set up a shot. I would use the K-70 for landscape/urban settings.
Thank you for the chance to win a Pentax K-70!
