Every new year’s eve we bake the pie...a small coin (actual coin or a fake/symbolic one) lies in there, waiting for the lucky family member to find it in their piece and make a good -luck entry into the new year, once the pie is eaten (at 00:01....). The pieces are cut in specific order. The first goes for Jesus. The second one is for Santa and the third one for our house. Then we start from the older member and so on. It was delicious. We haven’t found the lucky coin yet. Tomorrow morning the hiding piece will be inevitably revealed.
