That looks bracing.
Did you guys get this nice weather we've been having? It's over Monday though, as I've been predicting for years, the January flop is about to hit with a vengeance here. -5c by Tuesday.
I figured out that my weather very often showed up about a week later at the Scottish Dark Sky observatory over there(now sadly burned). It was somewhat a coincidence of course, but it was fun to warn Danny on fb whenever it snowed here.

Thank you... by "flying solo" I meant that I had the whole place to myself.

Nah, quite a calm day by all accounts... the "Official" highest recorded wave on Loch Ness is 13 feet, but unofficial reports of up to 16 feet.

So you get our old weather second hand, after we've finished with it...

A very different view of an image you've shown us in the past.
But that's what the sun does, when it is available.
Thanks for the entrancing view!
Angky.

Thank you... that yellow orb to which you refer, has been a bit of a rarity around here lately.

Lovely photograph. I have been to Loch Ness on three different occasions in my life. It always seems to me to be a deep, mysterious place....but I mean that in a 'good' way.
