Nice shot. The limb sticking up above the water line is interesting, having random bluish spots on it. I guess that old bark hanging on.

It's a part of a cottonwood tree. This area burned a few years ago and killed a lot of the cottonwoods.
Some of them make really interesting designs and patterns as they succumb to the elements.
