The leafless winter bush seem to burst open like fireworks when the winter sun hit it with the opposite canyon wall in shadow.

The dark background and the sun light exposed an intricate pattern of branches to view. Nice catch and capture. Another case of getting the shot at the right time.

One of the things that I love about this (sport?)is coming across these situations where the ordinary pops into something extraordinary - not to get too philosophical about any on this, the highlights are under control while the background really shows them off - well done!

The right time does indeed make all the difference, doesn't it!
If only I could teach my lazy bum to get out of bed when the light is right.

And I don't mind the philosophy of it; Photography sorta inspires a philosophical feel sometimes.
Just suddenly seeing the image standing vividly right before you is one of those times.
I just have to ponder it in wonder--and not forget to click the shutter!
