Every thing gets the eagle eye
Lens: DFA 150-450 +TC 1.4 Camera: K-3 Photo Location: So.Cal. ISO: 800 Shutter Speed: 1/640s Aperture: F11

This bird was mainly interested in it's left view which wasn't in the best light . About 80 exposures later a turn of the head into the best light and several more pics yielded this photo .

Takes patience to get the right pose. Looks like it paid off. Nice shot and good details using the TC. Thanks for posting.

Yes patience pays when photographing most living things . Bald eagles are not seen here more than three to four times a year if at all so the tendency is to panic .

This is one of four different bald eagles I have seen here in 6 years . Thanks for the positive feedback .
