The Pentax 55-300 did a decent job hand held from 70 yds away. It's a Bald Eagle 10 miles North of Boston here in Saugus. Extra credit if you can identify what type of tree that it is perched on

Interesting way of capturing and presenting that eagle!
I don't know those flowers, and I don't call it a magnolia--at least not any that I'm familiar with.
Maybe somebody knows immediately--part of the enjoyment of this site.

Yep Tulip tree, I have one in my yard, had one in the yard growing up. I just spent $4800 to have an over 120 foot tall one taken down. It had a 2 foot hole in the side you could see light thru and a nice lean towards the apartment house.
