I'd have never known either. Like the shine on the water and all the bare trees. Looks nice but I don't know about fishing, it's clear water. Nice shot.

It's sometimes thought to be helpful to have such signs.
People need to know such things.
I've seen them on roads where they say, "Danger". And some people need to know that!
This is a good image with good stolid information--no exclamation point or overt excitement.

When I showed this pic to my wife, she said, "smart ass."
