That is a very intensely loaded tree of frangipanis!
I have never seen one with that intensity of compactly clustered leaves and blooms.

It's a very healthy Tree and has a lot of flowers.

Over the years I've given away branches from this Tree to friends and they too now have healthy Frangipani Trees
