I did, and it was pretty good, but like with grouper (grouper cheeks) the tastiest part is just behind the jaws, but there's not much meat there.

Yeah it's good, but not good enough to do more than once a year considering the work that goes into it. FWIW I think it would be better stuffed with vegetables, which is how it was done last year. I missed that one.
