Tamron 70-300mm LD Di + Promaster 1.7x teleconverter + Tripod using mirror lockup. Cropped to 2 Mpix with quite a bit of PP.

Glad you liked it. I'm working on a couple more moon shots which are a bit more moody. I'll post them in the next day or two; hopefully, everyone's not too tired of moon shots. :ugh:

We got a small taste this morning of that Canadian air you speak of...16 degrees F this morning. That's too cold for me...I can only imagine what it's like where you are.

It's pretty good. I think you should be able to find ways to incoporate your moon shots into your other images.

Thank you JMR. I like your suggestion. I think some tutorials on merging and blending techniques are in my future.
