Island Hopping to Sunrise
Lens: DFA 28-105 @ 63mm Camera: K-1 Photo Location: Yahara River- Dane County WI ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/180s Aperture: F8

I enjoyed photographing a beautiful sunrise on this morning out at the Yahara river where it exits Lake Kegonsa, just north of Stoughton, WI. The fog gave a softness to the scene, and the waterfowl were creating their own symphony! March, and also September are the "best" time here, as sun rises due-east, aligned with river.

Image captured 3/17/22 with Pentax K-1 and DFA28-105 lens at 63mm, so this view is quite "normal" - i.e "as it looks, standing there"...

Lovely indeed. Great framing and nice exposure control.
