One of my sharpest pictures, ever. K5 + DA* 50-135 mm f/2.8
Lens: DA* 50-135 mm f/2.8 Camera: Pentax K5 Photo Location: Quebec, CANADA ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/250s Aperture: F8

I was observing the architecture of these old French buildings near the Saint Lawrence River in splendid Fall light. I was trying my K5 mounted with a new DA* 50-135 mm f/2.8 zoom. This is one of the sharpest images I ever took. 135 mm FL @ f/8. The K5 always produced very nice colors and superb sharpness.

Definitely nice and colorful architecture. It is very sharp and the colors are vivid.

You're right to be proud of that one. Colors, clarity, interest... It's got it all.

Wow - the buildings just jump right out at you! Exceptional clarity. And the different colours and textures are the icing on the cake. Great shot!

The angle of the light is just right, isn't it!
And that combo pulls sharp detail right on through the whole image, front to back.
Angky.

Well done, maestro! I've been down some of those streets, and this is excellent. Print it and hang it!

THX everyone !!

Tight framing, delicate Fall light, excellent DA* 50-135 mm f/2.8 ED lens, everything concurs to create such a picture. The world around us is filled with beauty, all we have to do is to "harvest" that beauty.

Best Regards
