Wow Tony. That image jumps out at you as soon as you view it. Excellent detail, colors and composition and a super contrast with the black background.

That is just an interesting flower all by itself, with its petals so neatly curled over lengthwise and such a vivid black central torus.
Then your pp makes the veins quite definite to add even more interesting detail.
