Nice detailed shot. Good green sheen on the water. Is there a reason that the Blue Herons are less populous at this preserve?

I see fewer Great Blues than any other specie of heron or egret. I don’t know the reason.

Really good detail documentation of that heron in its environment.
(I find it a bit hard to get such detail so crisply.)
