Scalloped Leaves With A White Bloom · **3 Likes**

White calla lilies, my neighbor told me, seem to actually glow.
This is one of his blooms.
He seems to be correct.

I have to agree with both you and your neighbor. It does glow brightly surrounded by the dark green foliage. It also has a beautiful curved shape which you captured well. I like the smooth texture of the bloom.

I really like the glow and how clean of a bloom you captured. However, I am really drawn to the beautifully muted leaves that surround it. A very nice composition!

That "curved shape" says more to me now that it did when I was just trying to make a photo of the flower.
