(...And Some Spider Legs)

The new spring rose leaves seem just as marvelous as the summer blooms--except that they have no scent.

They do have nice rich color. Are the spider legs creeping around on the left? Nice serrated leaves. Keep shooting. Mike

What a beautiful floral capture. Lovely in every way. I see what appears to be a spider on the top right bloom. Bravo Maestro!!

A nice picture, what will the flowers look like on this plant?

Yep! On the left are what can barely be seen as bright skinny legs--like in my family!
Thanks for the note.

If I can recall which plant it was.....
This one has white fading into pink bloom--which in itself is quite pretty.
But I was really taken by the foliage here in its red hues (partly due to very early morning sun).
Thanks for the note.

For some reason my response did not post, so I'll try it again.
This rose, if I can recall which one it was ( ) has a white bloom blending into a rich pink. Very pretty bloom.

That lens does a great job of isolation--one of the reasons why I like it so much.
Thanks for the note.

I'll have to see if I find any that "demand" that I take the shot!
Having a bit of trouble with my roses right now due to heat wave hitting us.
I'll see what comes through.

"Mysterious" describes some of it for me too.
A shot like this, when I contemplate it (as I usually do) leaves me completely baffled why we have such complex-but-simple beauty around and then act the way we do!
So I shoot these kinds of things and, while baffled, I just appreciate them.
Thanks for your observation.
Angky.
