A dried incense cedar limb gives a squirrel (imaginative) a penthouse view of the mountains above Lake Tahoe.

Location, location, location. Prime real estate for a home. That view would cost big bucks. That K-70 is serving you well as a travel camera and giving you excellent results. Keep exploring and keep shooting.

That would be some "Room with a View"!

I surely do hope nobody gets the idea to put a home here. In fact, I think it might be on state park land.
This is a prime view, though. And I hope it stays that way for others to value.
Thanks for the note on the camera. The K-70 is turning out to be a very nice travel / hiking companion. I cannot hike very far anymore, and I can carry this little K-70 further than the K-1. But I can go back to some places with the K-1 if the shot looks good enough from the K-70.
Shoot some more snakes (and mix in a few beautiful shots of pretty birds)!
Angky.

And the squirrel who owns that view wouldn't even know what he has!
(He'd probably just be looking out for hawks!)
Thanks for the note!
Angky.

Thank you, Jer.
The scene was there; I scrambled a little bit and got it.
(Then limped back to my car.)

It is indeed a very pretty area. (With a huge line of cars going through it.)
You have some beautiful country in your area--and I haven't been over there in many years.
I guess we can keep sharing shots of our various areas.
Angky.
