Tough call, but I think I am leaning towards the B&W. It has so many tones of gray.

B&W without question. I suspect you like the B&W better as well, as you posted it before the color version?

B&W

Black and White for sure.

I'd crop out a third to half of the grass, just above your name. Make it all about the trees.

I'll be different and go for the color version. In the B/W it's hard to determine that there is a river in a background, could be just another meadow.

I'm goin to have to be different as well and say color. I like the b&w, the tones of gray are awesome. With the color, you can see the river in the background as well as the patches of cloud and blue sky, and the leaves on the ground. Just my 2 cents.
