Very interesting colors!
You said in your last post that it took a very sturdy chainsaw to cut through these very hard logs!

This log must have damaged your chain quite a bit!

I often remain flabbergasted by stupid things people say here and there. Once while visiting the Grand Canyon's South Rim in Arizona, a "know it all" was telling his party that the canyon was called "Grand" after the name of the man who had discovered it, a Mister Grand ... SIGH ! A docent, working for the National Parks Service, corrected him and said that the canyon was first seen by Europeans in 1540 by Garcia Lopez de Cardenas, a member of the Francisco Vasquez de Coronado party, and was called "Grand" because of the "grandeur" of the site.
