Somewhere on the net, in one forum or another, while commenting on someone's photograph of a bird with a fish catch in its mouth, I only recently complained that I was yet to see, let alone photograph, a bird with a fish catch in its mouth. Some photography god must have heard me, because on Saturday just gone, I managed this.

He looks a bit startled. Maybe he is wondering whether he can keep hold of it.

Good catch and nice bird and fish in flight photo. I like those extended legs and feet. Thanks for posting.

I need to start saying what I haven't seen as well, if that worked. Really nice shot, sharp and good color.

This is an outstanding BIF capture Peter! The sharpness and details are about as good as I have seen. Well done!

Just being able to catch such a shot is quite something!
And then getting it so well, is really a bonus.

That is saying a lot, Todd - there are some amazing images in this forum, but I'll take you kind words in the spirit that they meant.
