I was suprised how good the HD 20-40 is at min focus. At 40mm you can get pretty close. Of course the one with the beetle is about an 80 percent crop but the resolution is there...

Good series. All of these images have their virtues in displaying nature. I like the first and second really well. I also like that scene in the last image; beautiful colors. With this many nice images, it's difficult to make choices. Good work.
