Manual Exposure Mode with Spot Metering.

Many thanks for viewing. Didn't know the bee was there until now.

I like that sunflower and wasp together. Captured in bright colors and with good textures. I also like the natural colors of the foliage. Nicely done.

Very much appreciated, Mike. I initially believed it was a wasp also, but was incorrected and informed it was a Yellow Jacket.

Thnx again,

Tony

There are a lot of those yellow jackets in Oregon.
Usually they go after fried chicken and hot dogs on a pic-nic.
I'm surprised he is interested in a sunflower.
Good picture of him though.
What I can see of it, I would tend to call it a wasp also.
But the most I know of that order of critters, is that yellow-jackets and I are NOT on friendly terms!
Like the shot.
Angky.

Actually, it is a wasp. That was my initial conclusion, however I was incorrected by someone insisting it was a Yellow Jacket. Neither one is a real joy to be around.

Temperamental, unpredictable and nasty. Thanks for your comments.
