When I stopped for eating lunch after getting out of Mauricie Nat'l Park, I saw a floating patch of Water Lily bobbing on the surface of the Saint Maurice River. After resting for awhile, the direction of the light suddenly became optimal and revealed this "tableau". I set out my heavy Manfrotto, mounted my K3 III body on the 645 FA* 300 mm f/4 lens and composed this picture. I had to think fast as the shutter would not trigger. I remembered you have to go into the MENU to "enable aperture ring usage", then set an aperture on the lens and you can shoot in Av mode. Here is the result. EXIF is totally off, BTW.

Cool shot. I like the fading focus and natural looking colors. You may need to revisit this spot when the blooms are open.
