I set out of the house at 2h00 PM today and I was in the middle of Isle d'Orleans on "Route du Mitan" 45 minutes later. Looking south, we see a big dairy farm and fields of corn destined to silage. I shot 4 images with my new combo, Pentax K3 III + HD DA 16-85 mm ED at 16 mm, 26 mm, 60 mm and 85 mm focal lengths, all @ f/16. Harvest should be at the beginning of October.

Not only good agricultural shots, which I like, and not only good camera equipment assessments, but you also got some very interesting clouds over distant waters and mountains.

Can you believe corn growing so close to a public road ? It makes for nice pictures with this light. The mountains we see in the distance are the Appalachian Mountains and are probably near the U.S. border (States of Maine and New Hampshire).
