Thank you. My wife spotted the reflections, and I took the shots. I liked the way the images came out.

Neat shots Mike. The water in the first one kind of looks like the obscure glass we have in our pantry door. I really like the high contrast radiating patterns in the water of the second shot.

She often sees things of interest before I do. I' m sometimes too busy looking for minute detail to get the big picture.

Thanks, Todd. That's an apt assessment of both shots. At times, I need to bring along a more versatile lens for shots like these, but I make do with what I have. I appreciate your comments.

Very interesting, especially in light of a Youtube post by a photographer suggesting we do a water challenge. Your shots exhibit what can be achieved.
Excellent instruction for me.
Angky.

Thank you, Angky. Don't know if I would be up to the challenge. I try to catch these type of shots when I see them, partially just to see how they will look in an image. I have taken several shots at this location which might fit the bill, some including snakes.

Thanks, Jer. I probably would not have gotten the shots without her seeing the cool reflections.
