We have gotten an unbelievable amount of snow this year. Last Thrusday and Friday were snow days off work (paid)

I think the plan today is to chain the trucks

Anyway, heres an attempt.

That Ring-billed (?) Gull is sharp as a tack and I like the moodiness of the second shot. That is snow I'm seeing in the foreground right? Nice.

Yes, that is snow in the foreground. Something we don't see very much here but have been getting plenty of it the last week or so.

That first shot is great. As you have probably gathered, weather changes like snow, rain, mist and light can turn the mundane into something extraordinary.

Snow really creates a different theme altogether!

Great subtle colors in the Gull shot. That shot without the snow or the leaves in the water would be ho-hum, but as is I expect to see it in the PPG soon (if you do that PPG thing...)

heliphoto, I haven't done the PPG thing yet but thinking of starting a profile.
JMR, the sun broke out for a little while yesterday creating some wonderful early light. Left me thinking " what am I doing at work "

roentarre, as I said we don't get the snow like this so I hope I can get out and get some more photos of it.
hamidlmt, snow, one of those love/hate things.
