AH, I looked to see if it was my sister Cynthia, but it's not. I love the intensity, matching the mechanical feel of the weights.

It's T that the body builder. My sister is a monster roller blades though. The other one was ranked 3rd in marathons in Ontario. My daughter participates in triathlons and was about 3 hundredths of a second under qualifying for the Olympics for Canada. There's no athletic slouches in my family.

I turn up every now and then. But limit my social posting to once a month. SO here and Facebook get bi-monthly or monthly updates. "Day of" updates go to Flickr.
